The full book is a one-time $19 purchase. If it doesn't feel like your child after using the 3 free redraws, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase from the address you paid with, and we'll refund you in full.

Technical problems

If a technical problem stops your book from being finished, we refund you automatically. If money left your account but you got no book or receipt, email us with the payment reference and we'll sort it out within 2 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. Each book is a single one-time payment.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
